Connor is 40 weeks!!!

Hi everyone,
Connor is officially a newborn!!! Today was/is his due date and so today is the date we use for his milestones. Connor celebrated his big day by finally pooping!!! It was like being in the NICU again and finally having poop. I did the happy poop dance and called Daddy right away to tell him. Connor seemed pretty pleased with himself too.

Connor also went on an outing today with Mommy, Grammy, and Gramps. We all went to the Navy Exchange and then the grocery store. Connor slept the entire time and Mom worried. No one came near Connor which was awesome, I think one of the 3 of us would have tackled them if they came to close!!

Samatha Brown also came over today with her mommy. Connor gaain slept for the whole visit but it was nice ot have a new mom around to chit chat with about life and the lack of sleep.

I will also have pictures of Connor to post tomorrow, I know you all wait for those pictures!! :)

We miss and love you all,
Ali

**Warning** Non-parent question ahead:

Why are people not allowed to touch him? Is he susceptible to sickness or is there something I am missing?

**End of newbie questions**

I wonder if Connor will be like Ali or Brian as a child and which one would be the most "challenging." =P

Hey Uncle NutBar
People are not allowed to touch me unless they have washed thier hands and are free of any colds etc. Kids shouldn't touch me because they are germy. I only have to be this careful for 2 years (I think) until my lungs are stronger. People think Mommy and Daddy are paranoid germaphobia people but they are just doing what the docs said to do.
Love you! Connor

WOW! You can type already?!?!?! I am going to send you some plane tickets to come to Texas and give mom and dad a break. Oh, by the way, thanks for letting me know. I had no idea and thought it best to ask than to assume mom and dad are freaks (well, they are, but not germ freaks) =P

Keep it cool and stay in school, Pimp Nephew Master C, and uncle Nutbar will show you how to build a computer and shoot bottle rockets at rabid beavers*!

*just kidding about the crazy beaver talk. =P
