New Weight!!!

Hi everyone,
Connor had his monthly Synagis shot today. It is the shot that helps him fight of RSV a terrible respiratory virus that goes around about this time of year. The dose Connor gets is based on his weight. Connor wighed in today at 15 pounds 14 ounces!!! He is just getting so big! Connor was most upset when he got his shots though. He had been showing his regular nurses all his new tricks, like eating his toes and laughing and smiling and grabbing at the lancets that hang with their id's attached. Then they stabbed him with the needles and all bets were off. Connor was HYSTERICAL to put it mildly. The look on his face when his favorite nurse picked him up was one of utter fury and betrayal. Poor little man. He was over it by the time he was dressed and into his stroller. When we got to Judy and Mary's house he had to tell them all about it though and so I am sure he will spend today getting lots of extra love from Mary who already spoils him with all her love for "her handsome little boy".

Connor, Mom and I were supposed to be in Seattle at Children's yesterday, but with the snow we didn't go. We have a new appointment in March now. The good news is that they must not be too worried about Connor if they can put us off to March :)

Life is hectic in the Scharich household as most of you know. Please keep Brian in your prayers as well as Connor and I. We have dates now for Brian's trip but that is about it. Sometimes the less you know the better I think.....
